Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders placed through our website to customers in all 50 U.S. states. Orders ship in 1-2 business days from our factory in Michigan via USPS unless another shipping method was selected at checkout.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you have questions about your order or if you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@edjy.com.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Currently we are only distributing our products in the United States. We plan on opening up international shipping in the future. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions on the timing of international shipping destinations.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders leave the factory in 1-2 business days. Delivery details and tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Rush shipping is available at checkout.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@edjy.com. After receiving your request, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Sale items / gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
